To serve you best we need to have your Equipment ID#, model of machine, description of the problem, any service lights or codes that are showing on the screen.

If you get the Service Wrench, press Clear & 8 at the same time to get a Code that helps the technicians know what parts they might want to bring to get you back up and running as fast as possible.

Also please let us know if you have changed locations, phone numbers, or have restricted hours that day and need a call first.

Our service department guarantees a four-hour response time with a current average response time of 2.73 hours. We are prepared to handle all emergencies by maintaining a proper technician-to-machine ratio and constantly updating our personnel on training and technical publications. With your next repair

Printer / MFP / Copier repairs and on-going maintenance can get costly with the wrong information or service company. Before you spend a dime on printer service repairs call the company, ask for a quote over the phone. Be prepared to explain the problem with your printer, copier or scanner in detail. Is it jamming? Where is the printer jamming?

If you are having an image problem have a copy of the bad print out in your hands. if its a line on the page is it vertical (up and down) or horizontal (across the page). How many lines on the printer image problem? Can you smear the toner on the page? If you printer repair problem is a mark how many times does the mark appear on the page?

Or are you getting a printer repair or maintenance error code? It’s helpful if you are able to provide the error code exactly as it appears on the screen. It’s also helpful if you are at the printer or copier that needs repair when you call.

Simply put, the more information you provide about your copier or printer issue the better the maintenance repair estimate. Also, ask the company if they provide maintenance agreements and if you do the copier printer repair will they give you a break in the repair cost if you place the copier printer under an maintenance agreement.

If you call your printer or copier repair maintenance company and they can not provide an estimate over the phone choosing another source might be a wise choice.

A qualified Service department can provide the estimate over the phone without expense to you. If you are not sure, ask the questions with as much detail as possible and get the right answers that you deserve.
